Vileda Maloy, customer services representative for First Bank of Whiting, demonstrates the bank's Telecommunication Device for the Deaf (TDD) device. The bank's TDD allows hearing impaired customers to communicate directly with bank employees via a keyboard and telephone modem. It was demonstrated at First Bank's Crown Point office.
